This application is to register your team in the SPO D-Series. Once accepted, you will be able to enter the Team Contract Area (This is a restricted area) using your last name and the email address. This area is where you will get D-Series info and do things such as entering the D-Series events, submitting your roster, making roster changes, etc.

You must submit your preliminary roster prior to your first event. You will need the player's name, address and birthdate. As described in the rules you will be allowed to change up to 2 players for your next event.

For added security and convenience we use PayPal for all credit card payments. Because you may be submitting payments for multiple events as the summer progresses, you may want to have an account but you do not need a PayPal account, just your credit card information.

You can still pay offline by cheque or money order but make sure they are sent in time to get to the office before the deadline.
