The rating process is a method to ensure players are participating in a division where they can enjoy their participation in the proper competitive level. The following exercise is for the enjoyment of our members. It is not meant to definitively determine the rating of a player. It can be used to give you some direction as to what to look for. GENERAL GUIDELINES
1) When assessing the player’s skills or baseball knowledge, make sure that you are comparing them against all the players, not just the players on your team or league.
2) It is important that you rate your players correctly in each category. Do not let a player's ability in one area bias your opinion in other skill areas.
